2 hour workshops that are run 1 Saturday afternoon a month. Topics include Health, Exercise, Ageing, Living well, Wellbeing, Nutrition and much more.
We will encourage you to be the BEST you can be, regardless of Age, Genetics and Past Lifestyle.

We will assist & encourage you to –
• Make a plan
• Take control of the lifestyle choices you make
• Understand Food labelling
• Slow down the ageing process
• Understand the basic, healthy eating guidelines
